[Publication] 21 Feb 2003 Editor's Draft of Architecture of the WWW

Hello,

I've published the 21 Feb 2003 Editor's Draft [1] of the
Arch Doc, which incorporates input from Mark Nottingham,
Tim Bray, and Dan Connolly. This draft also includes text
from Chris Lilley's 6 Feb Editor's draft, which the TAG
discussed at it's recent face-to-face meeting.

This draft has not been reviewed by anyone. A list of
changes [2] is available.
