Given that the people we want to reach on this issue are reporters and 
legislators who are not apt to follow the terse language of the TAG's 
architecture document, would it make sense to provide a link, for example, 
to http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-tag/2002Oct/0232.html, where I 
specifically tried to spell out the analogy in a widely understandable way?
