TAG election started; nomination period until 23 Dec 2002

Dear www-tag,

I have just sent an announcement to the W3C Advisory
Committee started the latest TAG election. Each AC
representative can nominate one individual. There are
three two-year terms (1 Feb 2003 to 31 Jan 2005)
up for re-election. These seats are currently held by
Paul Cotton, Norman Walsh, and Stuart Williams.

The Director has re-appointed Chris Lilley and Tim Bray
for two-year terms.

Nominees need not be employees of a W3C Member organization.
The nomination period ends 23 December 2002.

in the TAG charter [1] and section 1.4 of the W3C
Process Document [2].
