There was a meeting.

There might not be an IRC log, because many of the participants were
at the W3C technical plenary and the room we were in had no 802.11
availability (sob!) so many of us were not online despite valiant
attempts to turn a Linux laptop into a NAT router connected to a
modem...

I will check whether the folks at other locations were on line and
using IRC.
