Size of specification doesn't say all about complexity, but to my opinion it
is in many cases a useful measure. In my experience consultants needed pages
and pages to write down their specification, but still thought it could be
coded in one afternoon. Easily ofcourse. It hardly occured to them that was
a bit unrealistic.
