Sorry to butt in again, but for me this statement is incorrect.

because there is no page /at/ <http://example.org/myCar> 
but you can get a page /about/ <http://example.org/myCar>

I imagine you'd need something like 'is-a' to say what
<http://example.org/myCar> is - a page or a car or whatever.
