If possible, I’d like to add one of the last CSS Transforms issues that the SVG WG needs to resolve on (at least up to this moment) on the agenda.

I’d like to suggest to resolve percentage values in transforms to the reference box defined by the clipPathUnits, patternUnits, gradientUnits attribute. The same box percentage values from the other element attributes get resolved to.
