Re: Possible error in Elliptical arc implementation notes section

The "error" I thought that might be in the specification was actually a typo
in my code. I stared at it for hours and could not figure out what was going
wrong. When I looked at it the next day, I saw the problem in my code. My
apologies for bogus question.
