Possible error in SVG 1.1 Specification

Hello!
In F.6.5 (Conversion from endpoint to center parameterization),
there possibly is a typo in step 4. I believe, the line
"where θ1 is fixed in the range −360° < Δθ < 360° such that..."
should be read as
"where Δθ is fixed in the range −360° < Δθ < 360° such that...",
as the whole sentense is hard to interpret otherwise.
