1. Path data animation is only possible... It's possible in all cases, the
restriction being discussed is about interpolation, not animation.

2. Is it really sensible to allow interpolation of arcs with differing flag
values? See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=653928 for a
discussion where Jonathan argues against it.

3. Make it clear that commands can differ by case i.e. you can interpolate
from M L to m L or M l etc
