Thanks for feedback and confirming my assumption that Firefox is
correct. I tried Chrome 35, Opera 12, Opera 20, Safari 7 and IE 9 and
they all do it wrong. So, it looks like it is very easy to get it
wrong.

I'll file a bug for Chomium and Webkit. Paul, should I file a bug also
for your library? :)
