Status of SVG2

According to the Roadmap (http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/Roadmap),
SVG2 became a Candidate Recommendation in March, 2014, but the current
version appears to be an Editor's Draft. Is the Roadmap out of date and if
so, can it be updated to provide the current expectation of progress
towards a Recommendation status? Is it likely to occur this year?
