Hi, I think that WebPerfWG's Resource Priorities *1 is strongly related with our last Tokyo meeting discuttion about dynamic loading of Embedded Contents of SVG2.0. *2 Their interest seems to be a saving of the network resources. In Mapping, it becomes very serious requirements, for example to control loading of the tiled global enormous amounts of image resources. Because we have not finished yet deciding its functions and attribute names in SVG2.0, how about quoting or referring Resource Priorities? In particular, I think that 'postpone' meets most of the our requirements. But the dynamic loading depending on zooming is like only an argument in SVGWG at present. This may be additional point for Resource Priorities. Of course declaration of an application to SVG may be necessary. But that function will match it if it depends on my proposal because it can be reflected in display property by zoom expansion of CSS media queries. *3 And it will be convenient when there is the rule of the inheritance to the object under grouping element. Additionally, Responsive Images CG seems to be interested in Resource Priorities, too. *4 Their subject is like the loading control depending on screen size. On the other hand, loading control depending on zooming is the field of interest in Mapping of SVG. These are themes having a duality.
