‘marker-knockout-left’ and ‘marker-knockout-right’ as part of 'stroke-dasharray'?

Hi Cameron,

Did you investigate if it makes sense to specify ‘marker-knockout-left’ and ‘marker-knockout-right’  as part of 'stroke-dash-array'? At the end we don't position markers, but "gaps" in the stroke as 'stroke-dasharray' does. It is not possible to combine 'marker-pattern' or 'marker-segment' with these properties either, right?
