In addition to what Alexandre wrote, I would suggest that svg-developers@yahoogroups.com might prove to be a better place for questions about how to do certain things SVG-related.

  Where do I find SVG Viewer Plugins at?  Adobe stopped supporting their viewer in 2009 and IE,Google,and firefox do NOT have Native SVG Support.  Mozilla quoted “we do not upgrade plugins”.  So how am I able to support SVG on websites?
