(Resending with intentional ironic legal disclaimer, just so it's clear 
that these Alex Danilo is sarcastic.)

p.s. Anthony asked me to re-send the minutes without the disclaimer... 
it was some new automatic footer that their mail server appended. :) I 
don't think anyone pays attention to those disclaimers (and anyway, W3C 
has an archival approval policy), but he was being conscientious, as usual.
