errata in SVG standard 1.1

   In section F.6.5 of the SVG 1.1 standard, available at:
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/implnote.html#ArcConversionEndpointToCenter

   The "givens" and the "task is to find" symbols appear to be in error.
 Clearly, the equations below require you to know phi, rx, and ry, so
they should be listed in the givens.  However, they are listed in the
"task is to find" section.
