I should have also mentioned that Vista provides some additional
functionality (SetProcessDPIAware et al.) that's supposed to give you a
closer match, but it's seldom used (since it's Vista-only, and even
under Vista can be difficult to get right), and it's still only an
approximation, just a better one.
