SVG Tiny 1.2 spec now in public CVS

Hello www-svg.

As a consequence of working in public under the recently renewed
charter, the current SVG Tiny 1.2 spec can now be viewed in public CVS:

  http://dev.w3.org/SVG/profiles/1.2T/publish/

Note that there is a small problem currently where a few images from the
spec aren’t included in the version at that URL.  This will hopefully be
fixed soon.
