Opera 9.52 still has bug-286641.
This is mainly related to situations, where one or both dimensions
are scaled to zero, what currently excludes several useful applications 
with this property for authors, else it seems to work in Opera.

But looking at the cited source code, it does not really look like
David's format translator cares already abut SVGT1.2 or cares
about tiny formats at all, while the content could be simply 
improved to be compatible even with SVGT1.1 without any 
compromise for the presentation ;o)
