RE: Test Suite Errors

Hi Doug,

Some additional grouped remarks about the test set:

Id multiply defined in 
- script-handle-201-t.svg (anim1 and anim2)
- interact-focus-203-t.svg (comment-1 defined 3 times)

ev namespace not defined in 
- interact-order-04-t.svg
- interact-order-05-t.svg


The test interact-pevents-08-t uses <text dx="..." > but dx is not
supported by tiny 


Note: in http://www.w3.org/TR/SVGMobile12/text.html#TSpanElement
There is the sentence :
"Within a text content block element, graphic and font properties can be
adjusted by including a 'tspan' element. Positional attributes such as
x, y, dx, dy and rotate are not available on 'tspan' in SVG Tiny 1.2. "

But dx/dy is not supported anywhere in tiny... The sentence is
confusing.
