[SVG1.2T] <font-face> ascent/descent definitions incorrect

The 1.2T draft definitions gives the default values of these in terms of 
the <font>'s 'vert-origin-y' attribute.  This attribute does not exist 
in 1.2T, only in 1.1 full.
