Regarding flowing text into shapes (distort text to fit into shapes)

Dear svg gurus:

Is there a way to achieve these effects in svg? If so how? The text must be
a vector element too! Is it possible to flow text to fit into the desired
shape? (not wrap into but distorted to the shape element specified..see the
samples below in raster formats)

Can Autotrace duplicate these effects including colored text? (perhaps
creating a raster and then vectorising it?)
