This is because that page mistakenly links to the SVG 1.0 IDL rather
than the 1.1 IDL, which is at http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/idl.zip.

In the 1.1 idl.zip file, these interfaces match the inline IDL.

There should be an erratum for this; I’ll add it now.
