Error(?) in SVG1.1 Implementation Requirements

Hello SVG Working Group,

I noticed that in Section :
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/implnote.html#ArcConversionEndpointToCenter

Parameters, 'rX','rY' and 'phi' are in the wrong place.

current document:

Given:
x1 y1 x2 y2 fA fS

the task is to find:
cX cY rX rY phi theta1 (delta theta)

suggestion:

Given:
x1 y1 x2 y2 fA fS rX rY phi

the task is to find:
cX cY theta1 (delta theta)
