Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20051207/struct.html section 5.9.2 contradicts the definition of the eRR attribute; the eRR attribute is defined such that "It specifies whether referenced resources that are not part of the current document are required for proper rendering of the given element." In section 5.9.2 however it applies to resources that are part of the current document aswell.
