SVG12: inconsistent definition of document begin/end

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20051207/intro.html defines
that the terms document begin and document end are defined in SMIL. This
contradicts the later definitions of the terms in the animation chapter.
Please change the draft to have no contradictory definitions of these
terms.
