Thanks very much for your review.  Responses to your comments are inline

The references to the document parameter have been updated with the name
of the parameter, contextDoc, as specified in the IDL.

The typo has been fixed.

The note that the return value is cast to Element has been removed.

Changing "produced" to "perform" makes good sense.  The sentence will be
updated as such.
