I’ve just noticed that while SVG 1.1 section 19.5 claims that “The
following two interfaces [ElementTimeControl and TimeEvent] are from
SMIL Animation”, the interface conflicts with that specified in SMIL
Animation, where the methods are defined to return void (except in an
apaprently erroneous copy of the interface in section 6.2).
