[SVGMobile12] single document HTML or PDF for review

Since the last call draft of SVGT 1.2 was announced three weeks ago, 
there have been a couple requests for the working group to provide a 
single document to aid in reviewing.  What is the status of getting this 
done in a timely fashion so it can be used before the LC deadline of May 
20th?
