SVG12: color-profile attribute keyword matching

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/ claims for the
color-profile presentation attribute's "sRGB" value that

  For consistency with CSS lexical scanning and parsing
  rules, the keyword "sRGB" is case-insensitive;
[...]

This is inconsistent with all other presentation attributes which
require case-sensitive matching on keywords; please change the
specification such that either all keywords in presentation
attributes must be matched case-(in)sensitively or note explicitly
that this is a special case for this one keyword and has essentially
nothing to do with CSS processing.
