Serve up .svg on IIS

Hello,

I seem unable to get IIS to send svg to the browser even though I have set
the MIME type and custom header on the server.  (see
http://www.schemax.com/images/test.svg).  It just lists the XML in the
browser window.

Any help greatly appreciated.
