SVG12: units for font-size descriptor

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/types.html states
that in, cm, pt, etc. can only be used in the width/height attributes
on the svg element, this contradicts section 17.8.2 where units are
allowed for the font-size descriptor per CSS 2. Please change the draft
such that it does not contain such contradictions.
