SVG12: xlink:href default value

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html states
that the "default value" for the "xlink:href" trait is "" which is in-
consistent with the requirement that getTrait returns an absolute URI.
Please change the draft such that it is consistent about this.

I am also not sure how getTrait could be used to access xlink:href, it
seems one would need to use getTraitNS instead. Please change the draft
to this effect.
