Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html section 5.8.1 is unclear which elements requiredFeatures, etc apply to, it states "In consequence [these attributes] affect 'a', 'foreignObject' and 'tspan' elements." It is not clear whether this is a complete list or if not, why this list has been chosen.
