Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html is confused about which object has focus if there is no currently focused object, moveFocus states it's SVGSVGElement, setFocus states it's SVGDocument (and for both only "initially") and section 13.9 states it is the SVGDocument whenever there is no currently focused object.
