scriptContentType attribute on handler element

Is it deliberate that the attribute is called "scriptContentType"?  In
SVG 1.1 on the script element it is called "contentScriptType".

Editorial nitpick: in the description for xlink:href on the handler
element in http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/events.html, the word "element" is
highlighted in red rather than "script".
