Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/ includes some attributes
for which the lexical/value space is defined as "The value content-type
specifies a media type, per [RFC2045]"; this corresponds to the text
that various Technical Reports on HTML and XHTML use; please change the
draft such that all the questions in

are clearly answered.
