Despite a claim to the contrary in its definition, the 'line-increment'
property is not compatible with the CSS 'line-height' property. In CSS,
the values of 'line-height' do not indicate the distance between
baselines. They indicate the height of the inline box's contribution to
the inline box model's sizing of the line box, relative to the center of
the font box.

Please make the SVG definition compatible with CSS.
