Section 5.8.6 states "The following 'requiredFormats' must always evaluate to 'true' in compliant SVG viewers..." Three of the listed formats do not follow the specified format (the image/... ones). Assuming those were intended to be image(image/...), image/svg+xml should not be listed as the specification states that <image> in SVG Tiny 1.2 only handles raster images.
