[SVGMobile12] visibility and 'use'

Section 5.6 contains the paragraph starting "The behavior of the 
'visibility' property conforms to this model of property inheritance." 
Is the "this" being refered to the property inheritance briefly 
described four paragraphs earlier ("Property inheritance works as 
if...")?  If so, it should be moved to follow that paragraph.

Is visibility being singled out for description because it has some 
special behavior, or just as an example of the inheritance model?  The 
language in the specification should make that clear.
