Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  In http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html the
prefetch02.svg example does not make much sense. It is obviously non-
conforming due to use of the "mediaEncodings" attribute and the
mediaCharacterEncoding attributes contradict the encoding declaration.

It also lacks mediaContentEncodings attributes as required by the draft.
If mediaEncodings is meant to be mediaContentEncodings the value for
those attributes is incorrect. Please change the draft such that the
example is more reasonable. This will likely require changing some of
the mediaSize attributes as e.g. scene1 in the example consumes much
more than 48 bytes.
