Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, In http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html the draft is unclear about whether discard element processing is mandatory, the draft states "may be discarded" and "the user agent discards the element" which seems highly inconsistent.
