Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  In http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html the
snapshotTime attribute is defined as

Indicates a moment in time which is most relevant for a still-image of
the animated svg content. This time can be used as a hint to the SVG
User Agent for rendering a still-image of an animated SVG Document,
  such as a preview.

This language suggests that implementation of this feature is optional.
This would violate http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-SVGTiny12Reqs-20031209/
which prohibes optional features in Tiny 1.2. Please either remove this
feature from the draft or clearly indicate that implementation of this
feature is mandatory.
