Last Call: SVG Tiny 1.2

Hello www-svg,

This is a Last Call Working Draft announcement for the second Last Call
of SVG Tiny 1.2. Compared to the first Last Call, which was expressed as
a profile with pointers to SVG 1.1 and SVG 1.2 for the details, this
second Last Call Working Draft is a complete language specification. It
forms the core of SVG 1.2 for all platforms, mobile and desktop. SVG
Full 1.2 will therefore be a set of extensions to SVG 1.2 Tiny.

Note: we started to create a Disposition of Comments, in anticipation of
requesting Candidate Recommendation. This is no longer required, since
we have moved to a second Last Call instead, but since it describes how
previous comments were handled and how the draft changed as a result,
previous reviewers may find this handy anyway. Here it is:
http://www.w3.org/2005/04/Tiny12DoC.html

The language described is broadly similar, in terms of elements and
attributes, to the previous draft although the way it is described in
the specification is very different and hopefully much clearer. A list
of technical changes to the language, many in response to the previous
Last Call, is given in the changes appendix:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/changes.html
This may also be of assistance to previous reviewers of the
specification.
