Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/ seems to be unclear about
trait values for traits that use CSS units, for example, getFloatTrait()
throws TYPE_MISMATCH_ERR only in Tiny 1.2 and NOT_SUPPORTED_ERROR does
not seem applicable either, which suggests that the computed value is
converted to a float value without a unit which would presumably mean
that it converts to user units. Please change the draft to define trait
processing for CSS units more clearly.

regards.
