Re: stroke-width="0" displays something with ASV

In Postscript, width = 0 means: "the smallest width possible on the device".
I suspect Adobe used the definition of the printed world and applied it SVG.
Using this definition can be very useful for anyone trying to build a bridge
between Postscript/PDF and SVG. But from a more "logical" perspective, you
are of course entirely correct.

The spec should at least specify what implementers should do.
