I'm sorry, but why is that, exactly?  These are proposed properties in a 
pre-last-call draft.  Are they actually being used, without vendor prefixes, in 
existing UAs?

If so, it seems to me that we have a problem to start with -- UAs not putting 
vendor prefixes on their spec extensions...
