Is this a - good - description of 'onfocusin' because it might seem 
rather device dependent.
Is it possible to use a pointer device to generate onfocusin?
similar applies to onfocusout

do the descriptions make the distinction from onactivate clear?
not to me, but.....

Why are the descriptions so different from SVG1.1?
it isn't clear to me that they are better.
