problems with examples

While browsing the svg1.2 specification I found a few technical problems 
with the example svg files.

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/images/masking/enable-background.svg has an 
extra > at line 2
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/images/xbl/xbl01.svg misses a closing " at 
line 17
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/images/goflow.svg doesn't have a closing 
</flowRoot> but it does have an extra </flowText>

note that i didn't test all the examples. Others might have problems. I 
just tested a few by opening them in mozilla, and some came up with a 
yellow xml error screen
